Mature dwarven stout is a type of ale that heals 1 Hitpoint and temporarily boosts Mining and Smithing by 2 while draining Attack, Strength, and Defence by 3 + 4%. It is the stronger version of regular dwarven stout, created through brewing. Each batch of dwarven stout has a chance to produce the mature version.
Two Mature dwarven stout are rewarded after the quest Forgettable Tale of a Drunken Dwarf.

| 5. Use 1 ale yeast on the fermenting vat |
| 6. Wait 1 to 1.5 days (or up to 5 days if the stuff was used) until the beer has fermented |
| 7. Use either 8 beer glasses or 2 calquat kegs on the completed ale in the fermenting vat |
