Drakan's medallion

Drakan's medallion is a reward from the quest A Taste of Hope. It allows unlimited teleportation to Ver Sinhaza, Darkmeyer (after completion of Sins of the Father), and the Sisterhood Sanctuary under Slepe (after using a Slepey tablet on it, which is a 1/25 drop from Phosani's Nightmare), and to Castle Drakan (after partial completion of The Blood Moon Rises). Players cannot teleport past level 20 Wilderness.

The main purpose of the medallion is for easy teleportation to the Theatre of Blood. In addition, the teleport location is decently close to a bank, making the medallion an easier to obtain but less effective alternative to the Crafting cape.

Apart from access to a bank, the destination of Ver Sinhaza offers a convenient full replenishment option by entering the Theatre of Blood and resigning the fight at the end of the hallway through the vyre orator present before entering the boss room.

Players can get an infinite amount of medallions from Kael Forshaw (or Ivan Strom after completing Sins of the Father) in the old Myreque Hideout under the trapdoor in the northern room of Old Man Ral's home. After beginning The Blood Moon Rises, players must instead speak to Old Man Ral in his house for more medallions free of charge. After completing The Blood Moon Rises, players can retrieve amulets from either Old Man Ral or Ivan Strom (now in the Paterdomus Temple). Alternatively, players can purchase one from Perdu for 30,000 coins.
