The Slepey tablet is a reward from defeating Phosani's Nightmare. Players may use the tablet on Drakan's medallion to be given the ability to teleport to Slepe, which takes players to the entrance of the Sisterhood Sanctuary.
The tablet is guaranteed to drop on the 25th kill. Players that already have more than 25 kill count, without having a tablet at present and without having used the tablet on the medallion, will receive it on their next kill.
Trying to pick up a second tablet while already having one in the player's inventory will instead give the message: The tablet crumbles to dust as you touch it.
