The Dark Wizards' Tower is a tower to the west of Falador, in the members-only area immediately north of the Makeover Mage. Level 23 dark wizards occupy all three floors of the tower, and Zandar Horfyre is located on the top floor.
The tower is largely ignored, as the drops from the dark wizards are all easier and safer to obtain from other locations. However, the tower is involved in Fairytale I, during which the player must talk to Zandar Horfyre to help cure the Fairy Queen.
The quickest route to the tower is to teleport to the Crafting Guild using the skills necklace, then run north. Alternatively, the southern portal on the 2nd floor[UK]3rd floor[US] of the Wizards' Guild (requiring 66 Magic[boostable] to enter) will bring players directly to the tower. Players leaving Falador can climb over the crumbling wall by the Falador west bank, and run south-west.
Trivia
- The wizards of the Dark Wizards' Tower may work with the Kinshra in some form, as sinister barrels with the examine text "Who knows what the dark wizards store in here?" can be found exclusively in both the tower and the Black Knights' Fortress.
