Bear ribs are a bone dropped by bears that are on the Odd Old Man's wish-list during the Rag and Bone Man Iquest. They must be put in a pot of vinegar, making a bone in vinegar, which then must be boiled on the pot-boiler to produced polished bear ribs. The polished bones can then be handed in to the Odd Old Man.
After the quest is complete, it is no longer possible to obtain this item.
