Talk to Abigale in the south-east corner of Lumbridge Swamp and offer your help. Dialogue: What has happened here? → What do you want me to do?

Take the boat found further south.

If needed, take a bucket from the fountain to the west.

Head to the west of the manor.

Use the bucket on the barrel of rainwater to empty it.

Take the manor key from the bottom of the empty barrel.

Enter the manor doors using the manor key.

If needed, take the knife from the table.

Attempt to open the door with the pink knob to the north.

Take the note on the ground next to you and read it.

Go to the room south-west from the entry hall, and use the knife on the painting with the gloomy valley on the east wall.

Search the slashed painting to obtain a ruby key.

Go to the room south-east from the entry hall. If needed, take a tinderbox from the shelves.

Use the tinderbox on the four unlit candles throughout the eastern room.

Use the tinderbox on the barrel with the fuse.

Exit the room to trigger the explosion.

Re-enter the south-east room and climb over the damaged wall.

Head north, then west, and click "observe" on the tree across from Lacey.

Pick any chat option the Killer gives you; the answer does not matter.

Take the note and read it.

Play the notes D-E-A-D on the piano in the north-eastern corner of the manor.

Search the piano to get an emerald key.

Return to the mansion via the damaged wall.

Open the door with the green knob north of the entrance, west of the door with the pink knob.

Attempt to open the door to the west with the Bandos godsword inside.

Take the note and read it.

Head through the south-eastern room with the damaged wall, then to the room north of it. Use the knife on the unlit fireplace.

Search the fireplace and enter the following gems in this order: Sapphire – Diamond – Zenyte – Emerald – Onyx – Ruby.

Search the fireplace again to get the sapphire key.

Open the westernmost door with the blue knob in the room where you slashed the painting.

The killer will hide in wardrobes and throw knives. The player can know which wardrobe the killer is hiding in by looking for a brief black shadow surrounding the wardrobe. You must push the mirror and have it face the wardrobe before a knife is thrown. Repeat this until a cutscene.

After the cutscene, take the killer's knife, wield it and attack Abigale.

Attempt to exit the room.

Talk to Mandy outside the manor.

Congratulations, quest complete!
