Ysgawyn is one of the many citizens of Lletya. He is located upstairs in Lletya. If players attempt to speak with him, he notifies them he is rather busy at the moment.
During Song of the Elves, Ysgawyn acts as a key member of the group of Lletya in working with Arianwyn to work on finding the Elven Clan leaders. He bears a strong grudge against Essyllt (and his clan) for killing his husband. He criticises the player's capabilities for who would be best to enter the Grand Library, and later the players attempt to confront him about being a traitor to the group. When Arianwyn betrays the group and Lord Iorwerth marches on Lletya, Ysgawyn attempts to attack Lord Iorwerth, but is killed by Essyllt in the process. He is buried in Lletya before the player and the elves of Lletya continue their endeavor to find the elven clan leaders and stop Lord Iorwerth's plan.

Trivia
- Ysgawyn is a Welsh name from Arthurian legend, found in the tale 'Culhwch ac Olwen'. It's possibly derived from Welsh ysgaw which means 'elder trees'.
- During Song of the Elves, Arianwyn reveals that Ysgawyn's husband was killed by Essyllt, one of Lord Iorwerth's henchmen.
