Wighted Leeches are monsters that spawn from the portal conjured by Persten the Deceitful. Though they move at a speed slower than walking, they attack every two ticks (1.2 seconds) and have 100% accuracy, usually hitting between 4 and 6 that cannot be blocked by prayer.
