Weak cells are an item obtained during the Guardians of the Rift minigame. Players can obtain one from the table by the entrance, or by imbuing an uncharged cell at the Air, Mind, or Body Altar, which are accessible directly by entering the active Portal Guardians of that type.

The weak cell can be used alongside a chisel to create weak elemental and catalytic guardians or placed on an inactive cell tile to create weak barriers, or reinforce an existing barrier.

When inspected, the chatbox will state "A magical cell charged with a small amount of runic energy."
