Velorina is a female ghost in the north-east part of Port Phasmatys. She is the starting point of the Ghosts Ahoy quest. If the player loses their Ectophial after the quest, they can obtain another one for free by talking to her while wearing a ghostspeak amulet or the Morytania legs 2 or better.
