The Tree Gnome Village Dungeon is found beneath the Tree Gnome Village. Its surface entrance is in the maze just south of the main village area.

The dungeon features in Waterfall Quest, where players visit it to obtain glarial's pebble from Golrie. To reach Golrie, a key must first be obtained from the eastern room, which is inhabited by zombies and giant bats. The key is found in the large crate in the south-east corner that is coloured differently from the rest of the crates. The key can then be used in the western room full of hobgoblins to unlock the door Golrie is imprisoned behind.

After starting Roving Elves, Golrie and the hobgoblins swap positions, and the key to the now-imprisoned hobgoblins can instead be obtained by simply speaking to Golrie.

During The Path of Glouphrie, the player gains access to a storeroom in the east of the dungeon, containing a singing bowl as well as Yewnock's anti-illusion machine.
