Rose's note is an item that is obtained during the search for Rose during A Kingdom Divided. There are four in total, each containing a riddle that eventually leads to her whereabouts; the first is hidden in Rose's diary, and the next three are found behind panels in the Forthos Ruin, Settlement Ruins, and The Legless Faun that must be opened by solving puzzles in the vicinity.
The final note leads to the unlikely home, where she's kept in the basement in a comatose state.
