Roger is a crocodile, named by the player, encountered by the island in the middle of the River Elid during the Beneath Cursed Sands quest.
Players need to give him raw beef, raw chicken, or cooked meat so that they would be able to cross over the stepping stone in order to pick the lily of the elid. When given meat, the game will state that "He happily takes it before swimming away. You feel that you have connected with Roger on a deep level. The two of you are now firm friends." Roger cannot be found anywhere else afterwards.
