Rancid slimy potion

Rancid slimy potion is a potion in the quest The Blood Moon Rises.

It is similar to a Saradomin brew in which it can overheal the player for the same amount (115 at 99 Hitpoints), but drains significantly less stats when consumed; -1 in combat stats each time it is drunk, rather than the fluctuating amount based on the player's combat levels. Each dose temporarily lowers Attack, Strength, Magic, and Ranged by 1 and raises Hitpoints by 15 and Defence by 15% + 2 and by 20% + 2 of their base levels, rounded down. This can boost the player's Hitpoints and Defence above their base level by up to the amount restored.

As with other supplies found in Vampyrium, it cannot be consumed outside of that realm. Attempting to do so results in the message Given you're not in a hostile environment where supplies aren't highly limited, you don't see any need to consume something as disgusting as this.

Drinking the potion displays the message You drink the rancid slimy potion. You feel oddly robust.

The amount of Hitpoints healed is based on a player's base Hitpoints level. The formula is ⌊Hitpoints⋅15100⌋+2.

This heal is a boost to the Hitpoints skill and does allow for overhealing above the player's maximum Hitpoints.

Defence boost is calculated with: ⌊(Defence Level)⋅15⌋+2.
