Primio is a quetzal trained by Regulus Cento, who can fly players between Varrock and Civitas illa Fortis, between the Sunrise Palace and Grand Museum.
Upon completion of Children of the Sun, players can find Primio and Regulus outside Varrock's east gate. All transportation methods to Varlamore require the player to first travel from here before they become usable. After travelling to Civitas illa Fortis for the first time, players can head to Renu, Primio's cousin to access the Quetzal Transport System.
