The Sunrise Palace is the residence of the Royal Family of Varlamore. Queen Zyanyi Arkan would normally be found here, but Helvia will tell the player that she is attending to important business elsewhere in the kingdom. She returns to her throne after completion of The Final Dawn.
An old letter can be found on the 1st floor[UK]2nd floor[US] of the palace, revealing some history between Mezpah Arkan and Imafore Tullus.
