Ogre ribs are an item on the Odd Old Man's wish list during Rag and Bone Man II. They are dropped by ogres and ogresses. After completing this quest, you can still obtain this item as a drop. The ribs must be put into a pot of vinegar and boiled to create polished ogre ribs before giving them to the Odd Old Man.
