Movario's base is an underground dungeon accessed via a secret trapdoor, under a broken table within the Khazard Battlefield. During While Guthix Sleeps, players use a broav to search for Movario's residence, which is found within the base. Due to Movario's cautious and secretive nature, the base is guarded by many Elite Khazard Guards, with the path to his study and personal quarters teleblocked and rigged with traps, which players must disarm in order to obtain his research notes.
During or after the quest, the player can loot various piles of resources Movario stashed away in a study. To reach the study, players must run to the north-west of the base, climb down the stairs, go through the old battered door (requiring greater than 1kg total weight to enter), and then climb up the staircase inside a jail cell. Once the player is in the study, they can find a tunnel in the south-west corner of the room, bringing them to another room with the resources to loot. As a one-off reward, players can take a total of 100 death runes, 100 fire runes, 100 coal, and 100 magic logs. Solving the quest's weight puzzle is only needed when stealing Movario's notes, as the loot stays in the player's inventory if they fail the door trap. If not stealing the notes, the player can leave by trying to open the eastern door in the study 3 times, failing the trap and awakening in a jail cell they can open to leave the dungeon.
Note that the coal ore and magic logs are looted in unnoted form, so bringing a Coal bag and Log basket can be used to reduce the number of trips needed to loot the base. The Ourania teleport and spirit tree provide very close teleportation to this base. Alternatively, an Ardougne cloak, the DJP fairy ring, or Khazard teleport spell or tablet may be used.
