Meteora is a Moon Clan member who is involved with Lunar Diplomacy. You must find A special tiara for her to receive the Lunar amulet, which is needed in the quest.
In the south-west corner of her house is a barrel of cooking apples.
Meteora speaks with an odd accent, sometimes making it hard to understand what she's saying. At one point during Lunar Diplomacy, the player begins talking in the same fashion before correcting themself.
She is located behind one of the houses in the south-west corner of the town.
