The Kualti Headquarters is an area found west of the Sunrise Palace. It contains the living quarters of the Kualti, the elite guard of Queen Zyanyi Arkan, a prison managed by the warden, a building with dummies, and the blacksmith's workshop. The Kualti Headquarters Barracks can be found beneath the headquarters.
During Twilight's Promise, players must visit the top floor of the headquarters to search a chest.
