Floopa is a tortugan explorer who the player first discovers and aids as an Injured Tortugan during the Troubled Tortugans quest.
She formerly worked for the Red Reef Trading Company as a navigator on The Zenith.[1] However, she was betrayed and stabbed with her own spear by its founder, Spencer Brentwood, with her body tossed overboard.[2][3] She washed up on a Remote Island, where an adventurer managed to find her and bring her back to her home, the Great Conch.
