The holy table napkin is a quest item obtained from Galahad in the Holy Grail quest. It is used to see the magic whistle spawn in Draynor Manor's top floor.
If the player wants to return to the Fisher Realm, it can be safely dropped if the player has access to fairy rings or keeps the magic whistle from the quest.
