The Fortis Cothon is a large harbour on the north side of Civitas illa Fortis. Players who sail to Fortis via charter ship will arrive here.
During the Twilight's Promise quest, the player must travel to the Fortis Cothon to speak with Nel, a Knight of Varlamore.
If you have completed the quest Children of the Sun you can travel there by talking with Regulus Cento. He can be found outside Varrock's east gate.
Players may dock their own boats here at level 38 Sailing.
Trivia
Cothons are Phoenician ports that were used by states such as Carthage. This can generally be attributed to the fact that Varlamore was in part inspired by Roman aesthetics.
