The exotic flower is a quest item used in the merchanting section of The Fremennik Trials quest. It is obtained by giving a Fremennik ballad to the sailor in the north-west corner of Rellekka. The flower can then be given to Sigmund the Merchant in order to complete his part of the quest.
Prior to April 2007 update, dropping the item would yield the destroy option message via public chat.
