Enchanted flour is a quest item used to free the Lumbridge Guide in Recipe for Disaster. It is one of the three ingredients of a Cake of Guidance, the others being the enchanted egg and enchanted milk. Enchanted flour can be made from a pot of flour by completing a memory test given by Wizard Traiborn in the Wizards' Tower, who will then enchant the flour.
