Dagannoth ribs are an item on the Odd Old Man's wish list during Rag and Bone Man II. They are dropped by Dagannoth. The ribs must be put into a pot of vinegar and boiled to create polished dagannoth ribs before giving them to the Odd Old Man.
The Dagannoth Kings, Dagannoth spawn, Dagannoth fledgeling, and dagannoth in the Catacombs of Kourend and Jormungand's Prison can now drop dagannoth ribs during Rag and Bone Man II.
