The Zamorakian chapel is a small temple found in the south-east part of Varrock. The temple is run by the Mage of Zamorak, a member of the ZMI who helps other Zamorakians in hiding. In addition to the chaos altar, there is also an altar slab found in the northern section of the temple.
The temple has also been referred to as "evil temple" in dialogue with Elsie, and as a "Chaos Temple" in dialogue with the Mage of Zamorak. The name "Zamorakian chapel" comes from an update post on 15 June 2022, and was first used in-game in the 2026 Easter event.[1]
