Ultimate Strength is a prayer unlocked at level 31 Prayer. Ultimate Strength increases the player's Strength by 15%.
Like all other stat-affecting prayers, it cannot be used in conjunction with another prayer that increases the player's Strength level, such as Piety.

Players who have unlocked Chivalry should prefer to use it instead, since it has the same drain rate as Ultimate Strength, while also having better boosts than Incredible Reflexes and Steel Skin.
