A trapdoor can be found on the eastern side of the Paterdomus Temple mausoleum. During the In Aid of the Myreque quest, the trapdoor is revealed after the temple library key is used on the keyhole on the wall. The trapdoor leads down to the secret Paterdomus Temple Library.
