Description	Solve a ribbiting dispute and gain access to a new hardwood Farming patch.

Items required	Any axe (a bronze axe is obtainable during the quest)
Enemies to defeat	Cuthbert, Lord of Dread (level 1)

Speak to Marcellus at the Locus Oasis.
Speak to the blue frogs on the north-east side of the pond.
Return to Marcellus. If you do not have an axe, take the bronze axe from the logs next to him.
Speak to either Gary or Sue again to arrange an election.
Go south and speak to either Jane or Dave, the yellow frogs.
Chop down the orange tree near them to distract them.
While they are distracted, sabotage the lily pad in the pond near them.
Return to Gary or Sue to start the election.
Return to Marcellus.
Return to Gary or Sue to discuss framing the flies.
Enter Marcellus' house and open the chest using the combination NALIA to obtain the plushy.
Plant the plushy in the capybara dung east of Marcellus and south of the orange tree.
Defeat Cuthbert (1 Hitpoint).
- Non-combat accounts can defeat him with a ring of recoil.
Tell Marcellus about the plushy.
Return to Gary or Sue to resolve the dispute.
Congratulations, quest complete!
