The test kebab is an item involved in the Meat and Greet quest, while the player is helping Emelio develop and market his new Varlamorian kebabs.
There are two versions of the item, both of which appear identical to the player - the first is given to the "connoisseurs" outside Emelio's house, whilst the second variant is given to Lelia at the Fortis Colosseum.
