A Teasing stick is used in Hunter to catch Spined larupia, Horned graahk, Sabre-toothed kyatt, sunlight antelope, and moonlight antelope. While carrying the teasing stick, players are able to "tease" these animals. This makes them aggressive toward the player, allowing players to lure them into a Pitfall trap.
Players with low combat levels should be wary of damage taken from the animals.
The teasing stick can first be used at level 31 Hunter to catch spined larupia, but there is no hunter requirement for having one. It can be purchased from Aleck's Hunter Emporium. in Yanille, Nardah Hunter Shop in Nardah, or Imia's Supplies in the Hunter Guild.
A teasing stick is one of several items that can be obtained from a Hunter kit, which is created by casting the Lunar spell Hunter Kit (spell).
A teasing stick also spawns on the west coast of Karamja, near the horned graahk area.
A Hunter's spear also functions as a teasing stick and can be equipped to save an inventory space.
