A strong cup of tea is an item obtained from the Tea Seller during the quest Temple of the Eye at the request of Herbert, the Mage of Zamorak. The Tea Seller tells the player the strong cups of tea that he gives Herbert are in actuality regular cups of tea, and he chooses not to tell him to keep him happy.
