The stone left leg is a quest item found in the Enakhra's Lament quest. It is obtained by chiselling a statue made by the player after it has dropped through the roof of the underground temple in the desert near the Bandit Camp. Repeatedly searching the statue will also yield a stone left arm, a stone right arm and a stone right leg.
The limbs are used to unlock doors in the underground temple in order to be able to continue with the quest.
The item cannot be reclaimed after completion of Enakhra's Lament. If it is destroyed after the quest without having been used to unlock the corresponding door, the door will remain permanently locked.
