The shipping order is a quest item used in The Great Brain Robbery. It is given to the player to attach to what is supposedly a crate of live cats, but actually contains Dr Fenkenstrain and a collection of wooden cats instead. When the player uses the shipping list on the crate it is teleported to Mos Le'Harmless.
Multiple items can be obtained by dropping the shipping order and asking Rufus for another. All existing copies (including the banked ones) will disappear after using the shipping order on the crate.
