The sealed message is obtained during the Darkness of Hallowvale quest. It is a sealed letter written by Safalaan to be delivered to Veliaf. Attempting to read it gives the message "The message is sealed and addressed to Veliaf. It would be rude of you to open it."
Once delivered, the player discovers that it is really a commendation letter from the "highest ranking member of the Myreque", and Veliaf then makes the player a full member of the Myreque.
