The plague trousers is a quest item used only in Sheep Herder. It and the plague jacket are obtained from Doctor Orbon by purchasing it from him for 100 coins. It cannot be obtained again after completing the quest.

It must be worn when prodding the sick-looking sheep into the pen. It forms half of the plague suit set, the other half being the plague jacket. It appears visually identical to the Mourner trousers.
