The picture is a quest item used only in Plague City. It is found in Edmond and Arlena's house in the north-west of East Ardougne.
It is shown to Jethick, who will direct the player to the Rehnison house in West Ardougne.
After completing the quest, Edmond will take it from the player's inventory. Duplicates can be obtained after the quest, but it serves no further use. Using the picture on Jethick after the quest will result in nothing interesting happening (but does not yield in nothing interesting happens message).
