Located in the south-eastern alleys of Varrock, the Phoenix Gang Hideout is a meeting place for the notorious gang members of the Phoenix Gang.
The Phoenix Gang Hideout is known to the people of Varrock as the headquarters of the VTAM Corporation, an alias used by the Phoenix Gang to hide their identity.[1][2] During the Shield of Arrav quest, the Phoenix Gang Hideout is accessible to members of the gang. Upon joining the gang, players are given a key to the weapons store room, which is next door to the hideout. If the player kills the weaponsmaster, they can steal a Phoenix crossbow. This crossbow can only use bolts up to bronze. The store room also contains a spawn of grapes which respawn roughly every 43 seconds if taken.
