Phials is a banknote exchange merchant located next to the Rimmington General Store in Rimmington. He will un-note items for 5 coins per item.
Phials is commonly used by players training Prayer on a gilded altar in a player-owned house due to his proximity to the Rimmington house portal. He is also useful for training Construction.

Trivia
- Phials, along with the Banknote Exchange Merchant in Pollnivneach, Tiles in the desert Bandit Camp, and Aisles in Jiminua's Jungle Store, was added to the game soon after the introduction of the Ultimate Ironman gamemode in order to give those players a method of un-noting items easily.
- The banknote exchange merchants' naming convention follows that of the Certer random event NPCs Isles, Niles, Miles, Giles, and Piles. This is a reference to the original "Certer" NPCs in RuneScape Classic, who converted items to and from certificates, a precursor to bank notes.
