Mint cake is a food item that, when eaten, will restore a player's run energy by 50%. Mint cakes restore more energy per consumption than any other item using only one click (outside of the Agility cape). When eaten, it gives the message Mmm ... minty. You feel energized![sic].
A mint cake can be obtained as a tip from Brambickle, Wingstone, and Penwie in the Gnome Restaurant minigame.[1] A one-off mint cake can also be obtained during or after The Path of Glouphrie by giving Longramble a tangled toad's legs, though receiving one this way does not register it in the collection log.
