Marshy jungle vine is a plant found in Karamja. Searching ripe vines is the only way players can obtain grimy snake weed (and subsequently its clean version), which is needed for some quests like Jungle Potion and Legends' Quest. Snake weed is also an ingredient in making Sanfew serum. The vines can only be searched after regrowing every 60 seconds.
The fastest way to access the vines is by running west from fairy ring CKR. Twenty vines can be found growing near the coast, just north of the Horned graahk hunter area.

The average time it takes to harvest a single snake weed decreases with higher Herblore levels. At level 1 you have a 4% chance per roll, and at level 99 you have 86% chance.[1]
Boosting past 99 does not grant a higher chance. [2]
