Junior Jim is the shipwright located at The Pandemonium. Like other shipwrights, he offers several boat-related services, such as buying a new boat, customising an owned boat, destroying a boat, and retrieving a boat that has capsized or is at another port. Additionally, he also gives out captain's logs.
During the Pandemonium quest, the player gives Junior Jim an old cup in exchange for a raft.
Junior Jim takes vacations to Limbo, an island where players are sent if they hop to a new world while on another player's boat. If spoken to there, he offers transportation back to the Pandemonium.
