Jokul is a Mountain Camp citizen found in the goat pen north of Mountain Camp leader Hamal the Chieftain.
For a particular clue scroll the player must laugh in his tent, whilst equipping fire battlestaff, blue dragonhide chaps and a rune full helm. If players have not yet completed the Mountain Daughter quest, they must bring a rope with them to get over the boulder at the Mountain Camp entrance.

Trivia
- Jokul might be a reference to the Old Norse Jøkul, which means glacier or ice. This might be a reference to the fact that he sends you to White Wolf Mountain, an ice-topped mountain.
