Gunnjorn is a Barbarian found at the Barbarian Outpost, located north-east of the Grand Tree. He is in charge of the outpost's Agility Course which requires 35 Agility and the completion of Alfred Grimhand's Barcrawl to access.
He gives you a Lighthouse key in the Horror from the Deep quest, after you tell him that his cousin Larrissa has been locked out from the Lighthouse.

Gunnjorn is the solution to the hard cipher clue: IWPPLQTP. He will challenge the player to complete a puzzle box.
