Crimson sanguisphera are found within The Scar, beyond the middle passage players enter during Desert Treasure II - The Fallen Empire. These must be killed to obtain crimson fibres for repairing the Crimson Vein.

They use very accurate blood spells that heal them, so use Protect from Magic to kill them quick.
