The crate from Cabin Fever is a crate interacted with during the quest. In Cabin Fever, the player must jump into the enemy's ship and steal their plunder from various containers, including this crate.
Once looted, it takes up to 5 minutes for the loot to respawn. Alternative, logging out or switching worlds will cause it to respawn immediately.
Strangely, two of these crates can also be found in the Black Knights' Fortress. Attempting to loot them displays the message Nothing interesting happens.
