A child's blanket is a quest item used only in Monk's Friend. It is found on a table in the Clock Tower Dungeon, which can be accessed by a ladder in a stone ring south of the Clock Tower.
It is given to Brother Omad so he can sleep.
After the quest is complete it can reobtained, but it has no use.
