The Chest found inside the Tree Gnome Village Dungeon can be searched during The Path of Glouphrie quest to obtain the strongroom key and the crystal chime seed. To reach the chest, players must push multiple monoliths around the room. Refer to the quest guide for a guide on how to correctly move the monoliths.
Searching the chest after completing the quest will yield the player a crystal chime seed, unless they already have one in their inventory, in which case the message "You've already taken the crystal seed from this chest." will be displayed in the chat box.
If the player searches the chest with a crystal chime seed in their bank, they will receive one in their inventory and the one in their bank will be lost.
