A cage holding a unicorn is found in the Underground Pass. During the Underground Pass quest the cage needs to be searched to obtain a piece of railing, which is then used to push a boulder onto the cage, smashing the cage and killing the unicorn in the process. After the boulder is pushed, the version of the room with the intact cage can no longer be accessed.
